What is a Class I (one) Survey?

The Rhode Island State Board of Registration for Professional Land Surveyors has 

developed standards for different accuracies of surveys. A Class I Survey is most 

accurate and precise standard defined by the said standards. This is typically what is 

required by city/town departments for site development or parcel subdivision. Please
