When would I have to submit for Development Plan Review?

Submissions are required if: commercial and industrial construction and/or expansion is proposed, or any mill conversion project.

Why would I need a site plan showing existing/proposed conditions?

Most towns and cities require that any type of map showing dimensions to property lines from existing or proposed structures be performed by licensed land surveyors to ensure the correct location of property lines and building locations.
